Founded in January 2024 and proudly based in Sydney, Equal Hearts was created by Ella and Danielle, two passionate disability support professionals with years of experience and a shared vision: to offer disability support services that go beyond the basics — services that truly empower, include, and uplift.

We specialize in day programs that are not only goal-oriented but also full of fun, learning, and meaningful connection. From personal development to social engagement, our programs are designed to support people with intellectual disabilities in achieving their personal goals, while having an amazing time in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

We support individuals with intellectual disabilities who are eager to grow, connect, and thrive in a positive, social learning environment. All of our programs from our popular Senior Program and Social Program to our School Holiday Program and Respite Getaways are designed to align with NDIS guidelines and evidence-based approaches.

Whether it’s building life skills, making friends, or simply enjoying a fun-filled day, our experienced and compassionate team is always ready to lend a hand. At Equal Hearts, we don’t just provide support, we create a space where our clients can truly shine.

  • Each day is different, depending on the program — but all days are filled with engaging activities, learning opportunities, and lots of laughter and social interaction. We tailor our activities based on group interests and personal goals.
